Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Ontarioscotland Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
First, email contact@ontarioscotland.homes. Next, include these details:
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
