Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Ontarioscotland Concrete wants ontarioscotland.homes to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to build a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support accessibility, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
  • Design pages for phones, tablets and desktops
  • Write in plain, everyday words
  • Label every form field clearly

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard to use, other options exist. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@ontarioscotland.homes. We will do what we can to help.

Send Us Feedback

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@ontarioscotland.homes and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you expected
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Keeping It Up

Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
